Thank you for your interest in my classes! I am excited to dance with you and help you achieve your dance goals. Before you proceed with purchasing any of my packages, please take a moment to review my policies outlined below:

Payment & Scheduling

For samba, salsa solo, private and wedding dance classes, payments must be made in full at least one day in advance.
For the salsa couples course, full payment for all 8 classes is required at least 5 days in advance.
Payments can be made via Bit, PayBox, or credit card.
Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Prices may change over time but will not affect confirmed bookings or payments already made. New rates will apply to future purchases.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge. To avoid being charged for missed classes, you must notify at least 24 hours in advance.
There will be no monetary refunds for canceled classes & packages. The validity of a single lesson is 2 weeks; the validity of a 4-class package is 2 months; the validity of an 8-class package is 3 months from purchase.
Wedding dance packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date, allowing you to use any remaining classes to keep dancing together after the wedding.
For the salsa couples course, you may request a refund for the remaining classes if you decide not to continue after the 3rd class. This request must be made within 24 hours after completing the 3rd class. (To receive a full refund for remaining classes, participation in the first 3 classes is required. If you request a refund without attending the first 3 classes, you will be refunded for only 4 classes.)
I reserve the right to reschedule a class when necessary. In such cases, you will not lose any payment made, and you can schedule an alternative class at your convenience.
Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Lateness

If you arrive late, please understand that your class will still end at the originally scheduled time.
To ensure you receive the full duration of your class, I recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early.

Code of Conduct

As a professional instructor, I am dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful, and comfortable learning environment. You are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and other dancers in the class.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
I reserve the right to decline services to any individual whose conduct, whether in classes or in communication prior to classes, is inappropriate or violates professional boundaries.

Liability

You acknowledge that you are engaging in physical activity during the dance classes and assume any associated risks.
It is your responsibility to inform me of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in the classes.
If you have health concerns, it is recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider before enrolling to ensure that dancing is suitable for your individual circumstances.
I will take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety. However, it is important for you to acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for your own well-being and should listen to your body’s limitations. Please be aware that I cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the classes.

Your privacy is very important to me. Personal information collected during registration or communication will only be used to provide services and send class updates. Your information will not be shared with third parties. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in this policy.

By purchasing my dance classes, you confirm understanding and agreement with the policies outlined above.
